I was limited to black-and-white vector artwork only. I had to create a vector icon based on the words bright and dim, and then combine them. After critiques and discussion, I chose my best work and went from there.
Using Adobe Illustrator, I created a vector version of each opposite symbol. Once completed, I combined the two marks into a third symbol. I used the pathfinder and similar tools to recreate the mark as a working file and then combined the various layers to create a finalized graphic. I then presented all versions of vector illustrations including opposite symbols and the combined third.
